At Fox Nut Factory, customer satisfaction and product quality are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products that meet the highest standards of safety and care.

As our products are food items and intended for consumption, we follow strict quality and hygiene protocols throughout the production, packaging, and shipping process. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or in any condition that does not meet our quality standards, we will work with you to make things right.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products and applicable food safety regulations, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns on food items after they have been delivered.

Refunds & Replacements

If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us and our team will be happy to assist you.

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive the wrong product
  • The package appears tampered with upon delivery
  • The product is defective or unfit for consumption upon arrival

To help us review your request quickly, please contact us within:

  • 48 hours of delivery for orders within India
  • 7 days of delivery for international orders

Please include the following details when submitting your request:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product received
  • Photos of the shipping package and label

Our team will carefully review the information provided and respond with the appropriate resolution.

Situations Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds or replacements cannot be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal taste or flavor preferences
  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed
  • Incorrect shipping address or delivery information provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier, customs, or shipping partners
  • Refund Processing

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5–10 business days are required for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
